Today we are beginning a new chapter: Until now, Instant.ly has operated as part of Instant.ly, a leading provider of sample audiences for market research firms. I am proud to announce that we are uniting all of our products and solutions from both brands under one new company name: Instantly, Inc.
A great deal of thought and hard work has gone into this transition. To learn more about why we decided to rebrand, please watch this brief video:
What Else Is Changing?
You’re probably wondering what this announcement means for you. For the majority of our clients and partners, nothing changes—and in fact, it will be even easier to work with us. I would like to call your attention to a few updates we’ve been working hard to deliver to you.
You’ll notice we’ve launched an updated website with new product tours and information about all of our offerings, which currently include:

- Instantly Concept TestTM
- Instantly Sample ServiceTM
- Instantly Automated SampleTM
- Instantly Mobile SolutionsTM
You may have already noticed something missing in our logo. Now that Instantly houses all of our offerings, we have decided to update our brand. To that end, we’ve dropped the dot in “Instant.ly”.
Our new name is a more accurate expression of our core values and the ever-broadening scope of our company. As we move forward, we aim to be the leader at delivering the data of now and cutting-edge tools for those who care about insights excellence.
What Won’t Change
For online and mobile sample buyers, the day-to-day of our sample service will not change. You’ll still receive the sample quality service and support from our representatives as usual.
We have taken pride in becoming the leading sample provider within the very competitive market research industry. With steady progress, and with help from our dedicated and talented panel operations and engineering teams, we built a great model that embraces innovation and technology while delivering results for our customers.
Going forward, we’ll be investing even more in our sample business and expanding our capabilities to provide the industry with world-class audiences for research.
Our Renewed Mission for the Future
Instantly is now the one-stop destination for audiences and insights tools. We will continue to help our clients attain insights to make better business decisions and ultimately provide them answers before they need to ask questions.
Designing powerful insight tools for rapid surveys and product concept testing was an important foundation for Instantly, but there is so much more to build. We will leverage our core offering to build the world’s first comprehensive consumer insights platform for marketers.
